'#CareersAtSea: To Sea or Not to Sea' is a campaign created for The UK Chamber of Shipping and the MNTB, aimed at school leavers. It depicts the different career options available to young people, aged 16-28, who want to work at sea and has been specifically designed to appeal to millennials.
The creative, To Sea or Not to Sea, demonstrates how maritime careers bring a sense of belonging, along with the opportunity for youngsters to learn new skills and travel. The voiceover is in the form of a rhythmic poem and written by director Harry Hall.
